Membership Tiers and Benefits

The Client agrees to subscribe to one of the following membership tiers:

• ​Sole Trader Membership

  • 1 hour/month Clinical Coaching with Nancy Abdou OR an appropriate TADLI educator (via Zoom)

  • 15% discount on TADLI online wholesale store

  • 50% off existing online workshops

  • 25% off upcoming workshops 
     

• Silver Membership

  • 2 hours/month Clinical Coaching or Training with Nancy Abdou (via Zoom)

  • Exclusive access to 1 hour interactive group monthly webinar 

  • 10% discount on TADLI online wholesale store

  • 50% off existing online workshops

  • 25% off upcoming workshops 
     

• Gold Membership

  • 3 hours/month Clinical Coaching or Training with Nancy Abdou (via Zoom)

  • Access to 1 complimentary online course every 6 months

• Platinum Membership

  • 4 hours/month Clinical Coaching or Training with Nancy Abdou (via Zoom)

  • Exclusive access to 1 hour interactive group monthly webinar

  • Access to 2 complimentary online course every 6 months

Minimum Term
The minimum subscription term is six (6) months from the start date.

Automatic Renewal

After the initial term, the membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless canceled, by providing 14 days' written notice email to info@dermalandlaser.com.au.

Cancellation Policy

The Client may cancel their membership after the initial term by providing a minimum of 14 days' written notice via email to info@dermalandlaser.com.au. No refunds shall be made for services purchased, except as specifically provided in the Agreement.

One-on-One Clinical Coaching or Training

Clinical Coaching/Training sessions will be conducted via Zoom. Clinical Coaching or Training sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

Product Discount

Members receive a 10% or 15% discount based on membership on all TADLI products. This includes Skindividual, Larimide Pro, Larimedical and Consumables including MDerma Tips. Discount will automatically be applied at checkout, once registration form is signed. Discounts are applicable only during the active membership term. Discounts cannot be applied to previous/existing invoices or orders.

Payments

Membership fees will be automatically debited monthly through Thinkific. The Client agrees to provide valid payment details and authorises automatic debits on the due date.

Complementary Courses

• Gold members are entitled to one (1) complimentary online course every 6 months.

• Platinum members are entitled to (2) two complimentary online courses every 6 months. 

Courses must be selected from TADLI’s available offerings and are non-transferable.

 

Liability
TADLI will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury arising from the use of the products or services provided during the membership.

Right to Hold

The Client will be allowed to freeze their membership for a maximum of 2 weeks. In order to freeze the Agreement, a thirty-day written notice must be received in advance in order to freeze. Your account must also be current. You will not pay the membership during this time and your Agreement will be extended for the number of frozen weeks.
