Established in 2007, The Australian Dermal & Laser Institute (TADLI) offer diverse and comprehensive aesthetic device training for various manufacturers and direct to clinics across all states in Australia, and New Zealand upon request.
We believe that "best practice" is not negotiable, and safe, superior results are the minimum standard. This is key to having highly credible staff members, ensuring greater client satisfaction, and guaranteeing a successful business. Our one-on-one training within your clinic is tailored to you and your teams needs. We understand the importance of achieving individual outcomes, since our trainees comprise of doctors, nurses, dermal and beauty therapists.
Meet Nancy Abdou
FOUNDER & CEO
Back in 2002, Nancy and her sisters, Nevine and Nellie, embarked on an exciting venture establishing Facial Attraction Laser & Skin Clinic, where they treated patients using the first-ever StarLux in Australia. Within 10 years, Facial Attraction expanded to having 15 locations across Melbourne, including 2 super clinics in Ivanhoe & Collins Street. During this time, Nancy discovered her passion for aesthetic device education and utilised her Bachelor of Education to train new staff. This led to the founding of The Australian Dermal & Laser Institute.
After selling Facial Attraction in 2010, Nancy continued educating - training for various manufacturers, providing customised training to clinics, and collaborating with industry experts. Nancy's ultimate passion is to inspire individuals to thrive and succeed in their businesses, with high ethics and integrity. With her results-driven and scientifically based training, Nancy gives participants the confidence to interact with clients in a knowledgeable, credible, positive, and meaningful way.
Furthermore, Nancy is renowned for her technical writing skills, where she has researched and tested numerous aesthetic devices and written comprehensive training manuals and protocols for them. With over 200,000 successful in-clinic treatment areas, consultations, and test patches, Nancy's training is designed to be easily understood and highly transferrable in day-to-day clinical practice.
